My goal of having Athera’s Dawn ready for Black Friday is not going to happen. That’s the bad news.

The good news is it will most likely be the end of next week if all the proofs come back looking good.

Thought I’d at least tease you with a rough cover sample from the gifted Allan Miller.

I’m also working on a few surprises for the month of December. Some affect you, my wonderful readers, and some affect those living in Jefferson County, NY. Stay tuned! ch:

Oh. My. Pumpernickel. That is one awesome cover; definitely the coolest of the bunch!

Surprises for the month of December? Ooh, this will be interesting.

Ohhhh man that’s awesome!! Can’t wait to pick up all three, and read them all again for the umpteenth time. 🙂 So glad its finally coming out! Yay!

    Christopher Hopper · 22 Nov ’11 at 11:31 am

Sorry you’ve had to read them umpteen times. But I suppose that’s a serious compliment, too.

    Billy Jepma · 22 Nov ’11 at 6:57 pm

You kidding? The White Lion Chronicles are easily the funnest books to read!! Can’t wait to read them again! 🙂

Micah · 22 Nov ’11 at 5:21 pm

Are you still publishing them on kindle?

    Christopher Hopper · 22 Nov ’11 at 5:35 pm

Yes, though a few weeks out still on that; my physical layout need to be done first, and then all get converted to Kindle.

RyanPaigeHoward · 22 Nov ’11 at 7:46 pm

Awesome cover art… I have to say it’s my fav out of the three. I will for sure pass the word on this! How exciting to have the whole trilogy out… must feel pretty good.
BTW did you get my thank you email? I just want to make sure you got my thank you. 🙂

    Christopher Hopper · 23 Nov ’11 at 7:18 am

Glad to hear you liked it! Yey!

Thank you email? [goes back and searches…]

    RyanPaigeHoward · 23 Nov ’11 at 8:18 pm

Just re-sent it to you. It’s a reply back from your last “Proofies” email. There will be “Thank you” in the subject line. 🙂

Probably gonna have to wait for a sale, then stock up on all three in E-format. Real curious how the re-working has changed the books in a positive way 🙂

Keep on keeping on CH.

    Christopher Hopper · 23 Nov ’11 at 7:21 am

Mostly eliminated a trillion homonyms, tightened a few grammar things up, and corrected some technical story elements. But did not change the essence of the core, nor did I adjust the writing style as the books are to represent where I was when I wrote them, not where I am today. Hope you enjoy them.

OOOOOHHHH…. This looks SO AWESOME!!!!!!
I’m so very excited…. My mom keeps laughing at me. Because everytime I read an update I get even more excited… And I’m like “OH OH, It’s almost out… I can end my misery and find out how it ends!!!” 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂

    Christopher Hopper · 23 Nov ’11 at 7:22 am

HOLY HAM SANDWICH!!!!!! Something in my spirit told me to check in with Mr. Hopper. Btw, I mostly audiobook fiction works now, but not this, I want the experience. Totally buying paperback and kindle versions both. Will they be released simultaneously? You just made my Christmas!

    Christopher Hopper · 23 Nov ’11 at 11:36 pm

Thanks Jeremy! Honored by your enthusiasm. The print versions on all 3 should be ready by this Friday or Saturday. The Kindle versions will follow in mid-December. Stay tuned and spread the word!
