I need to have fun more. Among all the things that my kids do for me – which are wide, far reaching, and mostly have go do with making me more like Jesus – learning to play more, and more often, is one of them.

We just saw Cars 2. Loved it. And by evidence of the orange soda, peanut M&Ms, and Reese’s Pieces stains on Luik’s lips, he had a blast, too.

But after the bathroom break, he got preoccupied with the new dryers the theatre installed. You know the kind, because if you’re like me, you’ve watched the thing blast your skin around into rippling puddles.

Well, I’d forgotten about them. I’d become a utilitarian of the hand dryer, instead of a connoisseur of air pressure.

Luik constantly reminds me that life is less about getting things done and more about enjoying the ride together. So I snapped a few shot, and dried my hands a second time just to watch my skin move around. ch:

They have one at a local Japanese Steak House. It was the first jet dryer that I’d ever seen, so I didn’t expect the force or the noise. It scared the crap out of me the first time. But fortunately, I was in a restroom, so it was okay. 😉

ROFL! [spew] Wish I would have been there to capture a video and post it on my blog!
