Raul Midón live

Yesterday, we discussed what good art is supposed to do, and the fine art character sculptures of Stéphane Halleux and his new animated movie.

Here’s some more inspiring work by multi-disciplined musicians Raul Midón. I really don’t want to say anything else. Just come back here and comment when you’re done watching. I’d love to know what you think.

My favorite part: “I didn’t say DON’T TRY THIS AT HOME, I said BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU TRY THIS AT HOME.” This video left me with a huge smile on my face … and reminded me of the kind of person I want to be. I’m not hopeful that I could ever have that much talent, but the attitude – definitely!

I loved that line as well. He’s so genuine! Subtle, authentic humor in the midst of unspeakable talent is disarming and admirable. Thanks for sharing, Ernie.

Stinking awesome!
Kind of inspiring, and “i never want to pick up my guitar again” at the same time. Hahaha.
Truly a one of a kind. Id have to say the best solo, one man band deal I’ve ever seen.

That’s exactly how I feel after I watch Phil Keaggy too.

Maybe we should take up the harmonica?

      Kazoo 😉

Why didn’t I think of that?
