Breeze

Tell tails on face

Ever shifting

Ever changing pace

Windward

Begging sails, heel

Ever windward

Steady on with keel

Leaning

Sheeting

Ever trimming

Rising to the mark

Having thus embarked

We return

Thorough

Ship to shore to line

Only furrowed

Until the winds we dine

Coolness. I didn’t know you did free verse poetry. Makes me want to sail. And I don’t even sail.

Awe – thanks man. Appreciate that.

    Yeah, I dabble.

That was awesome! I too, dabble in some poetry. As long as its free verse though, other types just irritate me. 🙂

That’s wonderful, Sir Hopper, truly! I try my hand every so often at poetry. I’m learning more about poetry in school, so I’m working on a poem with fixed feet and meter. It’s not easy, though.

Ooh, that’s awesome! I’m not usually a huge fan of poetry, but that was really good! 🙂
